Warranty & Return Policy
Warranty Policy:
The company guarantees its products for a period of 1 to 2 years (as stated in the product description), starting from the date of purchase.
- The warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not include misuse, accidental damage, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or external damage.
- In case of misuse or damage not covered by warranty, repair costs will be calculated at no more than 50% of the product's actual price, depending on the extent of the damage.
- During the warranty period, all repairs must be carried out exclusively by the company.
- Any repairs or modifications performed outside the company will result in the warranty being immediately void.
- After the warranty expires, maintenance and repair services are available at full cost, determined after inspection.
Return & Refund Policy (Money Back):
You may return the product and request a full refund within 14 days from the date of delivery/purchase, provided the following conditions are met:
- The product is in its original condition, unused, with all original packaging, accessories, tags, and documentation intact.
- The return request is made within the 14-day period (the request must be received by the company no later than the 14th day).
- Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt) is provided.
To initiate a return:
- Contact customer service within the 14-day period to obtain return approval and instructions.
- Return the item using the provided method/shipping details (return shipping costs may apply unless the return is due to a company error, such as wrong or defective item).
Once the returned product is received and inspected, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days (depending on the payment provider).
